Service Scope:

• Digital Lending System for web-site and mobile applications (Android & iOS or Related platform).
• Loan Origination System & Loan Application Management (Web-view & Web-Portal).
• API Gateway and Process Orchestrator.
• Real-time ETL services, Data Integration and Data verification management
• Decision Engine system owner
• Integrate development with other parts in the Digital Lending platform and 3rd Party.

Job Description:

• Co-ordinate with Internal User, System Vendor and Business Partner for Requirement Gathering, summarize and design.
• Plan and facilitate requirement review and release status meetings with various levels of internal and external stakeholders
• Discuss, extract, and consolidate all the business processes and functional requirements.
• Create & Manage:
  • Document to support project (High-level design specification, Detail Design specification, Operation workflow)
  • Functional Requirement & Specification Document (High Level & Detail) per User Requirement with Internal team and 3 rd party
  • Technical Design Document (High Level & Detail) per User Requirement with internal team and 3 rd Party
  • Database Design & Technical configuration
  • Project & Service Deployment Timeline
• Key responsible can list as follows:
  • Real-time ETL services, Data Integration and Data verification management
    • Connect All related Data source from Loan Application System and Forms and consolidate for Real-tie ETL process
    • Manage & maintain on Data aggregration, conversion & verification criteria
    • Lead to Develop and Solution Provider for Real-time ETL process
    • Implement on IDD & ODD verification criteria
  • Decision Engine system owner
    • Categorize processed data per related System requirement
    • Lead to Develop on Decision Modeling, Credit score, Segmentation
    • Manage & Maintain Software & Related infrastructure for this system
    • Support Super user who setup criteria on business side for this system
    • Manage on system configuration per user requirement, both built-in configuration & customization
    • Manage & Maintain back-up for all set criteria in this system
• Manage, Facilitate & Review Development work closely with Developer & QA Team
• Confirm and Manage Deliverable Package with User / 3 rd Party

 

Qualifications

• Male / Female, Thai nationality.
• Age not over 35 years old.
• Naturally A positive, can-do attitude
• Good verbal and written communication, technical and consultative skills
• Good English Reading, Writing, Listening
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees in computer sciences, IT, or related fields.
• At least 3-5 years of experience as a System Analyst, Implementation in a Financial Institute, Loan Industry/Product, or Related industry
• Working experience in handling Functional Specifications, End-User Training, Application Testing, and Support.
• Experience in the Digital Lending and financial business.
• Experience with Agile methodology, writing user stories, and prioritizing backlog.
