I.                 Major Responsibility

Responsible for BSS’s CCH Infrastructure activities in line with BSS policies and procedures. Work in accordance with design and installation standards for Infrastructure CCH system to facilitate safe, reliable, efficient, cost effective operations and maintenance of BSS. Support service providers for continuing usage of all CCH Infrastructure equipment.

 

II.                   Specific Duties and Responsibilitie

• Overall Responsibility to Maintain and manage the uptime of Servers at DC and DRC
• Overall responsibility of the Server and Desktop procurement, Installation and Management
• Overall responsibility of Virus protection/ VA Assessment.
• Incident Management & reporting – Systems
• Critical Change/Problem Management related to Systems
• Storage Administration.
• Capacity Planning, Sizing of Systems HW & Software
• Daily report, System Ops Related reports
• New project related to data center Planning – Validation – Implementation – Check
• Performance  and compliance & SLA monitoring
• User Management, Access rights Control
• Maintain System security for CCH Servers and related equipment.
• Domain Monitoring, Security Police
• 2nd Level Administration for CCH Servers running on Windows and Unix
• Defining the Problem Escalation path and Analyzing the Events
• Vendor Co-ordination Related to Support
• Performs preventive and corrective maintenance for BSS’s Infrastructure and BSS Office Area (mainly for BSS Office area).
• Responsible for trouble shooting and problem solving of PC, Printer, Notebook and other Office Devices for end-user
• Responsible for services activities on TST IT systems including installation, and relocation.
• Searching for result regarding performance, reliability, bugs and any other failures for BSS back Office.
• Provide technical expertise to related parties where necessary

I.                     Job Specification

• Have advanced knowledge in Microsoft Windows 2008, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft ISA
• At least 2 years of progressive experience in system administration in a distributed MS windows Serve/Unix/Linux/VMware/SAN environment
• Thorough understanding of LAN concepts, operations and security policies
• Strong systems benchmarking and performance optimization skills
• Excellent technical documentation skills
• Proactive approach to system maintenance and problem avoidance
• Good oral and written communication (English)
• Strong and experience with Server scalability design in the large system for Server High Availability purpose.
