Job Description

Acquire new business partners/merchants by utilizing effective sales and accounts management techniques. Managing client accounts, conducting business pitching to increase the sale volume and no. of card usage transactions. Formulating and executing effective marketing campaign mechanic to reach the company’s target. The individual is also responsible for securing marketing partnerships with targeted merchants to grow and enhance the business.

 

Responsibilities

• Driving card usage sale volume and no. of transaction by merchant acquiring and create marketing promotion campaign with merchants.
• Responsible for establishing, maintaining, and expanding the relationship with the existing and new partners and merchants
• Create, develop and implement a business plan to grow the business.
• Build and manage the relationships as key accounts.
• Design, create and supply business proposals to merchants as needed to close deals.
• Plan and contribute to minimize the company costs, wherever appropriate and feasible.
• Coordination with various internal departments including marketing, technical, operations, legal, sales etc. to ensure quick & smooth merchant onboarding end to end including commercial closure, agreement closure, smooth go live etc.

 

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor/Master degree in Marketing or related field
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in Marketing, Sale, Banking, card industry and/or retail business experience
• Age: Male or female, over 32 years old, but not over 40 years old
• Skill Require
  • Working knowledge of Merchant Acquiring and financial business (preferred)
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities
  • Analytical skills to evaluate marketing campaigns
  • Able to manage ad hoc project tasks and meet deadlines on project timelines
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills both Thai and English
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to perform job functions accurately and with attention to detail
  • Highly focused individual and ability to work effectively in a multi-tasking
