Senior Business Development Executive
Key Product Scope: which involves developing out-of-home, in-home and sampling media product with related partnershead
- Objective: Create, and scale revenue for out-of-home, in-home and sampling products
- Work scope: Product development, continuous improvement and product operation/execution excellence
Key Responsibility:
- Assists in the development of a commercial or industrial product in an area specific to key highlighted projects including out-of-home, in-home, sampling, and other projects;
- Research: gain insight on the strategies of similar organizations in order to adopt market best practices into organization
- Product/Business Development: gather requirements via coordination both internally and externally to structure a commercial product, terms and contract, sales projection and ensure the expected results are met.
- Financial Analysis: Prepare Financial Feasibility of product, campaign or project and develop recommendations to stakeholders such as Finance and Sales.
- Product Champion: deep understanding to the products, partners’ products and their operation in order to be the center of all information and technicalities.
- Product Execution: Operate campaign process with both intra-company and inter-company settings. Feedback operational issues for process improvement, if any.
- Sales Process: monitor and report sales performance with continuous improvement of sales material and process to support sales including sales kits, media tools, sales funnel data tools for the company to cope with continuously changing environment in the market.
- Training: Deployment sales training and materials.
- Work with internal and external teams to support product roll-out, including but not limited to;
- Sales Team: support with all product details, pricing, and requirements to allow them to sell our products effectively.
- Operation Team: ensure that all new products are successfully onboarded into the product team for smooth booking and roll out. Also, working with the operation team for process/product Improvement, if any.
- Finance/Legal team: Work closely with finance team on revenue projection or cost analysis, ensure the approval signed off with accuracy.
- Partners: contact and nurture relationship with VGI partners including facilitate meeting, presenting idea, and more.
Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in Marketing/Business Administration/Economic or related fields
- Good project management skills; experience coordinating the execution of projects across multiple teams both internal and external is a plus
- Rapid learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Be accountable for other certain works as assigned from immediate superior level
- Strong communication skills; understand how to frame conversation with different parties based on their individual interests
- Independent thinker who can initiate ideas and lead execution
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at the same time
- Ability to present to internal and external parties with confidence
- Solid PowerPoint designing and structuring skills
- Quantitative experience; ability to work with numbers and excel
- Fluency in English language and Thai
