Quality Assurance Executive (Contract)

Key Responsibility:

  • Provide technical support to software users
  • Assist with software design and development
  • Create technical documents and manual
  • Troubleshooting an issue to Customer
  • Implement and design workflow to support customers, e.g. time to resolve based on severities.
  • Understanding the needs of customer and conveying this to developers
  • Arrange training classes to educate users about software products.
  • Provide Level 1 technical support
  • Design procedures for system troubleshooting and FAQ


Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Problem-solving attitude
  • Collaborative team spirit
  • Understand about setting application on cloud platform
  • High level of analytical skills and good problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to oversee and mentor junior staff.
  • Attention to detail, initiative, self-motivation, problem solver, Open-mindedness, curiosity to learn new technology, and ambition to disrupt tech. Industry.
  • Good command in English (Both of Written & Spoken) Build automated deployments using CI/CD technology such as Jenkins, Ansible, Puppet, Bitbucket

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
