Quality Assurance Executive (Contract)
Key Responsibility:
- Provide technical support to software users
- Assist with software design and development
- Create technical documents and manual
- Troubleshooting an issue to Customer
- Implement and design workflow to support customers, e.g. time to resolve based on severities.
- Understanding the needs of customer and conveying this to developers
- Arrange training classes to educate users about software products.
- Provide Level 1 technical support
- Design procedures for system troubleshooting and FAQ
Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Problem-solving attitude
- Collaborative team spirit
- Understand about setting application on cloud platform
- High level of analytical skills and good problem-solving skills.
- Ability to oversee and mentor junior staff.
- Attention to detail, initiative, self-motivation, problem solver, Open-mindedness, curiosity to learn new technology, and ambition to disrupt tech. Industry.
- Good command in English (Both of Written & Spoken) Build automated deployments using CI/CD technology such as Jenkins, Ansible, Puppet, Bitbucket

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
