Assistant Sales Manager
Major Responsibility
- Assist the Sales Manager in achieving sales goals and objectives, usually by implementing and revising sales strategies and by directing and motivating the sales team.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
· Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales.
· Maintains customer databases by inputting customer profiles and updates; preparing and distributing monthly reports.
· Provides sales vs. projection results by preparing and forwarding sales tracking reports.
· Develops proposal, presentations and other marketing-related collateral materials.
· Monitors competitor products, sales and pricing activities and make adjustments in sales approach to maintain a leadership position.
· Supervises and coordinates the daily activities of sales representatives engaged in promoting and selling a product by phone or mail.
· Recommends changes to current sales techniques or procedures based on team performance and new selling techniques.
· May require a bachelor's degree in business.
· Typically reports to a manager. Supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments.
· Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department.
· Has some authority for personnel actions.
· Performing all duties of the Sales Manager in cases of absence or emergency.

- · Male/Female age 25 year up.
- · Bachelor or Master Degree in Marketing or related filed.
- · Experience in sales or marketing.
- · Requires 3-5 years’ experience in the related area as an individual contributor.
- · Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- · Able to negotiation.
- · Good personality and high responsibility.
- Good command in English both written and speaking.
- Good in MS office (Excel and Power Point).
