Head of Performance Marketing
Job Summary:
As a Head of Performance Marketing, you will be steering and building the team capability, set up experimental cases and knowledge banks, finding solutions to challenges and initiate in data, optimization process and product improvements.
Key Responsibility:
Team Lead and Team Building:
- Well-rounded, update trend and new technique with major online platforms and advertising
- Lead performance marketing teams and campaign KPIs’ that have been committed to brands and share it across performance marketing teams when/if needed
- Set agenda and direction for performance marketing teams’ motivation, process improvements to enhance campaign delivery across VGI Digital Lab
- Coach team member and support teams while adapting to fast changing priorities
- Lead and influence cross-function collaboration by demonstrating openness to new ideas and interest in learning from colleagues with different expertise
- Oversee and be accountable for end-to-end project management of campaign brief and delivery
Data Performance and Management with Technical expert:
- Help develop performance marketing strategies to build case studies for VGI data effectiveness and implement data strategies to drive superior campaign performance
- Analyze data performance and propose further action based on feedback
- Work with planning and sales team to develop overall VGI data product direction
- Provide technical perspective in client meetings when specific expertise is required
- Lead quality control and assurance practices across performance marketing teams, including performance marketing strategy, campaign set up, pixel and tagging, data collection for analytics purpose, optimization control, and reporting
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve and enhance clients’ campaigns and address, any issue that compromises the quality and timeliness of deliverables
- Be the lead contact and trusted advisor for any Biddable campaign, confident to liaise at management level over existing and future internal/external arrangements
- Able to solve problems, know how to adapt brief and use knowledge to solve issues
- Any other project or tasks as assigned from time to time

- Actively contribute in new business development/pitching if required
- Incentivize share of knowledge and best-case practice, continuous learning of AdTech Trends and new technologies
- Oversee campaign outputs to deliver core business objectives, revisit strategies and push boundaries on business growth
- Regularly review on brief quality provided to ensure efficient and quality response output
- Promote knowledge share and continuous learning around POVs, trends and relevant skills to continue nurturing a high-performing team
- Deliver holistic cross channel campaign analysis (i.e. mid and post campaign) working with respective planning teams to provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations
Qualification:
- 4+ years of experience win a leadership position (with at least 4 team members) with positive attitude and resilience
- 10+ years’ experience within a biddable tactical planning or strategic engagement capacity
- Experience with broad industries, especially on conversion projects to drive maximum ROI.
- Experience deploying sophisticated digital ad campaigns. Using programs, tools, and platforms that are best suited for the business to drive max performance.
- Highly technical experience; for example, delivery investigation and third party tracking inclusive of the identification of several tag types, e.g. HTML and JavaScript, and potential issues associated with each.
- Creative, detail oriented and inspirational team leader to build a productive collaboration across teams
- Leadership skills demonstrated by the ability to anticipate and remove barriers to productivity, drive teams towards clear goals, take effective decisions and challenge the status quo.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and time management skills
- Strive for excellence demonstrated by setting high standards for yourself and others, holding teams accountable, focusing on continuous optimization while mitigating risks.
- Passionate about digital media, AdTech, marketing tools and technologies and eager to keep learning
- Excellent verbal and written communication in Thai and English
