Sales Account Management (Manager/Sr. Manager)

As an online sales manager, you will use your outstanding engaging communication skills and ability to rapport with customer as well as online marketing insight to reach agreement with direct client, media agency partnership, creative agency partnership and client along with VGI OOH sales. Specifically, you will perform the following tasks to the highest standards.

Key Responsibility:

  • Effectively communicate and present our online marketing capabilities, our strength and our strategy to meet clients’ needs
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and make sure everyone is well serviced in online marketing campaign
  • Manage and monitor client status from cold calling, pitching, to upselling in order to acquire loyal customers
  • Understand brand’s business need and marketing objectives while receive and challenge brief from client with the key points to corporate with the planning team to develop campaign strategy and to create sales material to present to clients
  • Keep update on client’s industry trend, market trend, competitive review, and consumer’s insight in order to discuss and be consultant to client
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints regarding to online campaign
  • Develop sales proposal, presentations and campaign performance
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and feedback important clients’ requirement to the team superior
  • Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects, as needed
  • Able to manage client upfront and prompt response on daily basis while work smoothly with planner team to enhance better campaign performance as well as to find opportunity to upsell as one team

 

Qualification:

  • Minimum 5-7 years’ experience of senior Account Executive and/or Senior Account supervisor in the digital marketing industry is required.
  • Experience in media platform e.g. Facebook, Google, Tiktok, Line, data, programmatic, and influencer. Experience in OOH and O2O media will be beneficial
  • Bachelor degree in marketing, management, or related fields with outstanding academic performance is preferred
  • Willingness to learn in an adaptive new-gen environment with ability to work under pressure 
  • Willingness to work as a team and having good collaboration with internal team and across team is preferred
  • Experience in team grooming. Able to guidance to more junior level, support problem solving, and manage client’s requirement with high sense of good logic and able to foresee impacted consequences effectively 
  • Continuously update oneself with changes in trends, which affect initiatives, in order to maintain knowledge levels required to propose VGI credentials as total media solutions
  • A desire to achieve complete customer satisfaction
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Thai
