Standard Rabbit is available at all BTS Ticket Offices.
A Standard Rabbit is 200 Baht in total which includes 100 Baht issuing fee, and 100 initial Stored Value.
You can top up your Rabbit at any BTS Ticket Office as well as at the Authorized Top-up Service Provider. Click here to see all our authorized top-up service providers.

You can check the remaining Stored Value balance at all Rabbit Service Providers which accept Rabbit for payment including all BTS Ticket Offices.
The Rabbit Holder may request the Company to suspend the Rabbit only in the case that the Registered Rabbit is lost or stolen and the requesting Rabbit Holder must legally possess such lost or stolen Registered Rabbit. The suspension process and procedures shall be determined by the Company.Please also see Terms and conditions
If your Standard Rabbit or Special Rabbit stops working, you may contact any BTS Ticket Office or Authorized Service Center. For Corporate Rabbit or Co-branded Rabbit, you may need to contact the issuing Institution.

If your Standard or Special Rabbit malfunctions, you can bring it to any BTS Ticket Office or Authorized Service Center. The Company reserves the right to charge a fee and/or not return the Deposit (if applicable) for Rabbit replacement/refund or not to replace your Rabbit according to the Company’s terms and conditions.In the case of Corporate or Co-Branded Rabbit, you may be directed to the issuing institution.
For Standard Rabbit, if you wish to refund the Deposit and Stored Value, you must return your Rabbit to any BTS Ticket Office or at the Authorized Service Center. In doing so, you accept that the usage of such Rabbit shall be absolutely canceled. In any case, you cannot refund only the Stored Value without returning the Rabbit to the Company.In case of unreadable Rabbit, the refund will be processed within 15 days. If the total of the Stored Value and the Deposit is not more than 250 Baht, you can apply for immediate refund at any BTS Ticket Office. If the total of the Stored Value and the Deposit is more than 250 Baht, you will need to apply for deferred refund at a BTS Ticket Office or Authorized Service Center and you will receive the refund within 15 days. Any negative value must be settled upon refund. If you wish to refund the Stored Value of your Special or Corporate Rabbit, contact any BTS Ticket Office or Authorized Service Center. A fee of 50 Baht will be required. Your Rabbit will be sent to the Company and you will receive the refund within 15 days. In the case of refunding the Stored Value of Co-Branded Rabbit, you must contact Bangkok Smartcard System Company Limited at 21 TST Tower, 19th Floor, Vibhavadi-Rangsit Road, Chomphon, Chatuchak, Bangkok 10900 Thailand.
In order to minimize abuse and loss, the Company may suspend a Rabbit if it is suspected of being counterfeit, stolen, lost, tampered with or fraudulently issued or procured, or if the Stored Value on the Rabbit has been fraudulently or illegally revalued, or otherwise subject to the Company’s decision. The Company reserves the right to charge a fee of 50 Baht to reactivate a suspended Rabbit.
DO:
  • Top up your Rabbit before the Stored Value runs out
  • Hold your Rabbit steadily over a reader, and wait until there is a “beep” to ensure your transaction has gone through
  • Keep your Rabbit free from physical damage, stickers or other adhesives
  • Enroll in Rabbit Rewards for points collection and other member benefits.
DON’T:
  • Hold more than 1 Rabbit over a reader at the same time
  • Hold your Rabbit with other contactless cards over a reader at the same time
  • Move your Rabbit away from the reader too quickly – wait for the “beep” to make sure your transaction has gone through
  • Bend, write on, scratch, cut or paste something on your Rabbit

  • Travel 4 times or more per week per Rabbit Card or Rabbit Line Pay Account.
  • Trips which go through 5 core stations (24 stations), excluding Krung Thon Buri and Wongwian Yai station.
  • Eligible on Student Rabbit Card/Rabbit Line Pay Account and Adult Rabbit Card/Rabbit Line Pay Account only.
  • Paid trip with published fare (Free trip or pass trip are not counted.)
  • Number of trips per week will be calculated at card level.
  • Points from each card can be accumulated at account level.
  • Weekly accumulated points will be starting for accumulation from Monday at 03:00 a.m. to 02:59 a.m. of the next Monday. The points will be added automatically to the customer account within Wednesday.

  • The Adult BTS coupon from Rabbit Rewards Application can be used to top up on Adult Rabbit Card/Rabbit Line Pay Account only.
  • The Student BTS coupon from Rabbit Rewards Application can be used to top up on Student Rabbit Card/Rabbit Line Pay Account only.
  • The Student BTS coupon is available for Rabbit Rewards Account registered with Student Rabbit Card/Rabbit Line Pay Account only
      a. For members who redeem coupon for Rabbit Card
  • For Rabbit Card users who do not link with Rabbit Line Pay account, BTS coupon is valid for 72 hours after redemption through Rabbit Rewards application.
  • Click redeem on Rabbit Rewards Application to top-up BTS trip at any BTS ticket offices. QR code will appear on the Rabbit Rewards Application. After the redemption, the coupon will be valid for 10 minutes. (In case the top-up has not been completed within 10 minutes. The coupon will be expired. Members cannot get refund). Display the QR code to BTS ticket office staff to top-up BTS trips. After 10 minutes, QR code will expired. 1 QR Code = 1 Right. Screenshot of QR Code is not acceptable. The coupon is non-refundable.

  • Free trip added to Rabbit Card can be used for the next ride.
  • The top-up trip from BTS trip coupon will be deducted first when passenger travel in the original 24 stations, Krung Thon Buri and Wongwian Yai.
      b.For members who redeem coupon for Rabbit Line Pay
  • For Rabbit Card user who linked with Rabbit Line Pay Account, the users can redeem BTS coupon through Rabbit Rewards application to Rabbit Line Pay account. The trips will be displayed on My Pass menu on Line application automatically.
  • 1 Rabbit LINE Pay Account can be added BTS coupons up to
  • 2 coupons. The condition for top-up the coupons is as follows:
  • Coupon 1 – Can be added to Rabbit LINE Pay Account without any condition.
  • Coupon 2 – Can be added to Rabbit LINE Pay Account when passenger uses at least 1 trip from Coupon 1. (For instance, Coupon 1 has 3 trips.)
  • Coupon 3 – Can be added to Rabbit LINE Pay Account when passenger uses up all trips in Coupon 1.
  • Free trip added to Rabbit LINE Pay Account can be used for the next ride.
  • The top-up trip from BTS trip coupon will be deducted first when passenger travel in the original 24 stations, Krung Thon Buri and Wongwian Yai.
      c.Other additional terms and conditions
  • BTS coupon is not for sale, non-transferable, non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash or cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or promotions.
  1. BTS Trip – Trip Usage Terms and Conditions
  • The BTS coupon can only be used for travel between the original 24 stations, Krung Thon Buri and Wongwian Yai, except Sukumvit Line Extension and Silom Line Extension.
  • In case of the passengers enter and exit the Sukumvit Line Extension between Bang Chak, Punnawithi, Udom Suk, Bang na, Bearing, Samrong, Pu Chao, Chang Erawan, Royal Thai Naval Academy, Pak Nam, Srinagarindra, Phraek Sa, Sai Luat, Kheha, Ha Yaek Lat Phrao, Phahon Yothin 24, Ratchayothin, Sena Nikhom and Kasetsart University Stations or Silom Line Extension between Pho Nimit, Talat Phlu, Wutthakat and Bang Wa Stations, the fare collection system will be deducted a further flat fare at 10 or 15 Baht per trip (depending on type of ticket or pass used).
  • Trip added from BTS coupon on Rabbit Rewards Application into Rabbit Card or Rabbit Line Pay Account will be deducted first when customers travel on BTS original 24 stations, Krung Thon Buri and Wongwian Yai, except Sukumvit Line Extension and Silom Line Extension.
  • The first trip needs to be used within 45 days after top-up trip on Rabbit Card or Rabbit Line Pay account. BTS trip is valid for 30 days after the date of first usage, after which any remaining trips will be automatically cancelled.
